We are a small hands on business that offers a personal service dedicated to getting the job done right the first time.

We've been using ROC Designs' services for our rentals for about 4 years now and are so pleased to have found such a reliable and competent builder/plumber/joiner - definitely a jack of all trades! He has done kitchens, bathrooms, painting, plastering, plumbing, roofing and even new windows for us. Nothing is ever too much trouble and we love his innovative and, usually, inexpensive solutions for the myriad of problems that affect the day to day running of a rental.
